Liz has changed my life! I started working with her 4 years ago. I was a former collegiate athlete who had done little in the way of exercise for almost thirty years, and I could barely do a sit up. Liz listened to my goals and helped me achieve them. Her twice a week workouts were varied, focused on my needs, and intense. We’ve never done the same workout twice and I’m stronger than I’ve been in years, and able to play tennis, ski and garden. I feel so much more in control of my life, and I thank Liz every day!

In the last few years, Liz Cook has come to my home to provide fitness training once or twice a week. With her background in sports and ballet, she teaches excellent balance exercises in addition to stretching and muscle building. Mindful of individual needs, Liz is an attractive, outgoing young person. As she has grown up and continues to live in my neighborhood, she has become a warm friend.
