Getting and keeping fit is a life long and fun endeavor.
Elizabeth Cook (Liz) has always been passionate about health and fitness.
Through the years Liz has trekked around the world—
from the Inca Trail in Peru to mountain climbing in Northern India.
Liz was a starting player for the Trevor Day School Varsity tennis team.
She attended Marymount Manhattan College.
While in college she worked in Alaska during a semester for The Boat Company.
She led passengers on long wilderness hikes, educating them about the environment.
